Good to know
Does my team need to download an app?
No. CuePutz is a web app: your cleaners get an invitation by email, open the link and add CuePutz to their home screen. After that it works like a normal app – including notifications, on iPhone and Android.
Does CuePutz work with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. You paste your flat's calendar link (iCal) from Airbnb and Booking.com once. CuePutz reads the bookings regularly and creates a clean for every check-out.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Frankfurt am Main (EU). Hosts sign in with two-factor authentication, and cleaning photos are deleted automatically after a while.
How much does CuePutz cost?
€9 per flat per month, minimum €19 per month. Cleaners are included for free. The first 30 days are free and need no payment details; after that you can cancel monthly. Details in our terms.
Does CuePutz pay my cleaners?
No, you pay them yourself as usual. CuePutz shows the agreed pay for every clean and sums up what you owe whom.
Can I use CuePutz if I clean myself?
Yes. CuePutz still helps you never miss a check-out and keep track with checklists and photos.
