Privacy policy

This policy applies to the website cueputz.de. The CuePutz app has its own privacy notice inside the app: App privacy notice.

• No cookies, no tracking, no analytics tools, no advertising.
• No external fonts or scripts – everything comes from our own server.
• We use registration data only to set up your account and to contact you about it.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you open the site, Netlify processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Netlify. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Registration

When you register as a host in the app, we store: company name, your name, your email address, the number of your flats, your phone number and message if you provide them, and the version of the terms (AGB) and the data processing agreement (AVV) you accepted, with the time. This data is stored in our database at Supabase (servers in Frankfurt, EU).

We use it to review your request, to email you an invitation once approved, and to set up your account. The legal basis is the preparation and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete declined or completed requests after 180 days at the latest; we keep the accepted version of the terms as proof for the duration of the contract.

5. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we store about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification (Art. 16) and erasure (Art. 17)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18)
• data portability (Art. 20)
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
• withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))

A short email to info@cueputz.de is enough.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.

7. Encryption

The site is delivered exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
