Terms and conditions

Translation. This English text is provided for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding: Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB).

Version of November 2026

These terms apply only to businesses (commercial landlords, property managers, cleaning companies).

§ 1 Scope and provider

  1. CuePutz is provided by Takudzwa Gilbert Musesani, Lumen Emotive, Frauenstraße 33, 89073 Ulm, Germany, email info@cueputz.de, phone +49 1525 8409407 ("Provider").
  2. These terms apply to the use of the CuePutz software at app.cueputz.de by customers ("Customer").
  3. The offer is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), such as commercial landlords of holiday flats, property managers and cleaning companies. By registering, the Customer confirms that they are acting as a business.
  4. Deviating terms of the Customer apply only if the Provider expressly agrees to them in text form.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract and trial period

  1. Registering at app.cueputz.de/signup is an offer by the Customer. The contract is concluded when the Provider approves the registration and sends the invitation by email. The Provider may decline registrations without giving reasons.
  2. The first 30 days after approval are a free trial period. If the Customer does not cancel by the end of it, the contract becomes a paid subscription under § 4. The Provider reminds the Customer by email at least 7 days before the trial ends.
  3. With the contract, the CuePutz data processing agreement (AVV) is deemed agreed.

§ 3 Services and availability

  1. CuePutz is a web app for organising cleans between guest stays: syncing with booking calendars (iCal from Airbnb, Booking.com), scheduling and assigning cleans, checklists, proof photos, approval, reporting damage and supplies, a pay overview for cleaners, and notifications. The current range of features is shown in the app.
  2. The Customer may invite any number of their own cleaners; they use CuePutz at no cost of their own.
  3. The Provider endeavours to achieve an availability of 99% on a monthly average. Announced maintenance and disruptions outside the Provider's control (e.g. outages at Airbnb, Booking.com, hosting or internet providers) are excluded.
  4. Calendar sync depends on the calendar data of the booking platforms. The Provider is not liable for missing, delayed or incorrect data from these platforms. The Customer checks important dates themselves.
  5. The Provider may develop CuePutz further and change features, as long as the core of the service (scheduling, carrying out and checking cleans) is preserved.
  6. Support by email to info@cueputz.de, usually answered within 2 working days.

§ 4 Prices, invoicing, payment

  1. The prices in the current price list on cueputz.de apply. At conclusion of the contract: €9.00 per active flat per month, at least €19.00 per month. A flat is active if it was not archived in CuePutz during the billing month.
  2. The Provider is a small business within the meaning of § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG); no VAT is charged or shown. The prices are final prices. If the small-business rule ceases to apply, the prices apply plus statutory VAT; the Provider gives notice of this in advance.
  3. Invoicing is monthly in advance, based on the number of flats at the start of the month; newly added flats are charged from the following month. For yearly payment in advance, the Provider grants a 20% discount.
  4. Invoices are sent by email and are due within 14 days without deduction, by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice.
  5. The Provider announces price changes at least 6 weeks in advance by email. The Customer may cancel up to the date they take effect; otherwise the new prices apply.
  6. If the Customer is more than 30 days late with a payment, the Provider may block access after a prior reminder (§ 7(4)).

§ 5 Customer obligations

  1. The Customer keeps their login details and two-factor sign-in secret and informs the Provider immediately if misuse is suspected.
  2. The Customer is responsible for the content they and their cleaners enter in CuePutz (e.g. door codes, notes, photos) and for being allowed to use it.
  3. The Customer informs their cleaners about the processing of their data (the privacy notice in the app can be used for this) and instructs them to show only the flat in photos.
  4. The Customer must not misuse CuePutz, in particular must not attempt to access other customers' data, overload the software or copy it.
  5. CuePutz does not replace the Customer's own checks: the Customer decides whether a flat is ready for guests.

§ 6 Data and data protection

  1. The data the Customer enters in CuePutz belongs to the Customer. The Provider processes it only to provide the service and in accordance with the data processing agreement (AVV).
  2. Each customer's data is technically separated from that of other customers. The Provider accesses customer data only where needed for support or troubleshooting and with the Customer's consent, or where legally required.
  3. The Provider may evaluate anonymised usage figures (e.g. number of flats and cleans) to improve CuePutz. No conclusions about individuals are possible.
  4. On request, the Customer receives an export of their data during the term and up to 30 days after the end of the contract.

§ 7 Term, cancellation, blocking

  1. The subscription runs for an indefinite period and can be cancelled by either party at any time to the end of the current calendar month. With yearly payment, cancellation is possible to the end of the paid year.
  2. During the trial period, the Customer may cancel at any time with immediate effect; no costs arise.
  3. Cancellation must be in text form (an email to info@cueputz.de is sufficient). The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
  4. The Provider may temporarily block access if the Customer is more than 30 days late with payment or misuses CuePutz (§ 5(4)). The Provider announces the block in advance by email, except where other customers or security are at risk. The data is kept during a block.
  5. After the end of the contract, the data is exported and deleted in accordance with the AVV.

§ 8 Liability, changes, final provisions

  1. The Provider is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
  2. For slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage and at most to the fees of the last 12 months. For slight negligence, the Provider is not liable for lost profit, lost bookings or bad guest reviews.
  3. The Provider is not liable for outages or incorrect data of booking platforms, for the work of the Customer's cleaners, or for damage caused by the Customer or their cleaners passing on door codes.
  4. Changes to these terms are announced by the Provider by email at least 6 weeks before they take effect. If the Customer does not object by then, they are deemed accepted; the Provider points this out in the announcement. If the Customer objects, either party may cancel as of the date the changes take effect.
  5. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Ulm, Germany. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
